The online account number and access code can be found on any statement received after July 2008. Both the 'last 6 digits of the account number' and 'online access code' are located in the lower right hand corner of the statement.

Only the last 6 digits of the account number should be entered. The number is automatically converted to the full account number after it is entered.

Check to ensure that the online access code is entered correctly. It is 5 digits in length. Be sure not to confuse the number '0' and the letter 'O'.
